The location was perfect however our stay was not great! The fan in the room was wobbly and shaking really bad even on speed 1 with a loud noise. When we shared our concern with the staff he came and he checked for himself and he giggled when we said that we are scared the fan will fall on us while sleeping. He said he will come back and never did, we never got a new room or didn’t even come back to fix the fan. The shower before we used it it was super slippery, looks like they never cleaned the previous oils that could have come from people getting massages done and it was slippery. There was also no floor Matt for after shower use which made the floors more slippery after being wet. But after staying , you notice that a lot of things could be better : there was no hot water in the shower , the windows and curtains were not so clean , there was no fridge available in the room. But most disturbing for me was that the dining area was not clean at all. This should be much better. I would advise the management to remove all clothes from the tables , and remove curtains . This makes it a lot easier to keep the tables clean . If you plan to do a lot of sight seeing, this is convenient if you need public transport. Shopping places for spices/tea etc are at stone throw distance. But if you have your own transportation or looking for a more relaxed environment, then there are better options. The ambience in the hotel, staff etc was good. Room service could have been better. Food was quite good. Room was maintained well, but can be better. They have a separate dining table area in the room which was quite appealing.
