My stay here was fantastic. Our hosts were warm, personable, and communicated directly and effectively. I appreciated their attentiveness; whether it was following up to make sure our check-in process went smoothly and that we were comfortable in the home, to reminders regarding successful check-out. The house has a lot of great space. The back yard had a grill, a hammock, a place to sit down and eat, and plenty of space to hang out and take in some good weather. The patio/lenai area is also really great; I spent a good amount of time out there even though it was cold. The TV out there is large enough to enjoy from any point on the patio, and there's enough seating to have a fun game-night or enjoy eating a meal with friends. The living room right inside the patio had a good amount of comfortable seating, and a lot of different lighting options. It's connected to the kitchen area, so it's easy to grab a snack and quickly get comfortable to take in a movie. All of the bedrooms were a good size, and include VERY comfortable beds. Getting sleep here was easy. Each bedroom also had opportunity for natural light, without sacrificing privacy. There were also a lot of personal touches; whether it was neon signs saying "Good Vibes" or the Sloth and Racoon pictures drinking wine in the lenai. We enjoyed the personal touches. My stay was great; our hosts made us feel like they'd prepared a home for us and welcomed us in. I'll look to stay here again in the future.

Pleasant home away from home

Lovely refurbished home in a quiet neighborhood. There were modern appliances and a light and open look with attractive decorations throughout the home. We were fortunate to have some warmer winter weather so that the patio was pleasant with the electric fireplace.

Hosts were communicative and flexible. If you need something, just reach out! The spot was as advertised. The patio is gorgeous and usable, even in the winter. It might be a little chilly even with the fireplace, but bundle up with a jacket, a blanket, and watch the sunset. Thanks for letting us stay

Ish was a fantastic host and a great communicator. He was always available when I had questions. He was very accommodating of my special request which was really appreciated. The house was great and super cozy. We spent most of our time in the enclosed patio. It had a tv, a big table and plenty of seating. Unfortunately, my husband and I spent several hours working remotely during our stay but we had everything we needed. We set up shop in the patio and the wifi worked great. We didn’t take the time to cook but it looked like there was everything you could possibly need. It was a great location, and the neighborhood seemed to be very safe. I wish we would have had a chance to explore the area more. I would definitely recommend the rental.

Wonderful Fall Get Away

This is the second time my girlfriends and I stayed at this property. It is such an adorable home to stay in for our girls weekend. We have particularly enjoyed the enclosed back porch. Ish is an extremely attentive host and cares about the details of offering a very welcoming home away from home. We also LOVE the neighborhood, we enjoyed lovely walks around this quaint neighborhood, admiring the beautiful colors of the fall leaves. Highly recommend this property!

Lovely House in a Quiet Neighbourhood

Booked this house for a group of us for the Woodward Dream Cruise. Was absolutely perfect... house is in a nice quiet neighbourhood that's close to everything we needed to get to. Enclosed patio is wonderful and we made good use of the barbecue while we were there! Parking can be a little tricky with a group as there's only space for one car in the driveway, and you have to park across the street due to city regulations... but that's hardly Ish's fault! Ish (the host) was responsive and great to deal with, though thankfully no issues came up while we were there. Would certainly consider staying here again next year :)
