The hotel seemed to have water pressure problems. The toilet stopped working in the wee hours of the night. The night manager admitted that they had 5 other complaints. He told me that they didn't have a maintenance person on at night. He brought a plunger and handed it to me to fix the problem. He stated that the only thing he could do is to move my room. At this point it was 2 am. Later in the morning it appeared that the problem was fixed. Otherwise, the hotel was better than expected with its appearance and its onsite restaurant. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue is a deal killer.

Rooms are very dirty lots of scuff marks on the floor and walls. Shower had very poor drainage. Would fill with water as you’re taking a shower. Popcorn ceilings with a lot of dust. Very loud air-conditioning. Elevators lack the safety feature where you need a key to access the guest floors. Only thing good about this hotel is that it’s close to the airport, there’s a free shuttle and the receptionist is very nice. I hope I never have to stay here again.
