"Hotel ohne Personal. An diesem Abend war auch niemand im Restaurant. Man musste sich selbst zurecht finden. Ein Gast, der anscheinend öfter dort übernachtet, half den eintreffenden Gästen sich zu orientieren. Ich mag keine Hotels, die kein Personal haben. Daher: Für mich nicht wieder."

"Charming, family run hotel in a quiet section of Plauen, close to the city center. Breakfast included and really good. Staff helpful. Owner kind enough to sell me a beer even though restaurant had closed. She found me a charger for my IPad, Room was small but comfortable, clean and priced well. Book early, this hotel is popular and fills up fast."
