"We enjoyed our stay overall. The place was clean and quiet at night, the swimming pools were good. The accom was clean and facilities provided were good (incl cleaning kit). Good car parking available and a pleasant stroll to the Port through the golf course and lake. However, there are several important areas requiring improvement: - Air conditioning does not exist. We had to leave the door and windows fully open at night which is unfair. While air con may be expensive to install, P&V should...

"We have stayed at this property twice, lovely, clean,modern and a great host. The house is attached to the owners home which is surrounded by a lovely large garden. There is a double bed upstairs which is a mezzanine. Downstairs has everything you need plus a double sofa bed. We were there for 3 wks and loved being there. Close to Talmont and short drive to beach. "

"Maisonnette bien équipée dans un lotissement, rien à redire sur la disposition : chambres à l'étage, salon en bas, avec un escalier qui ne grince pas, donc idéal s'il y a des lève-tôt.Par contre, le matelas du lit double est réellement horrible. Il faudrait penser à le changer.Il y avait également des soucis de ménage, avec de la poussière et des toiles d'araignée à certains endroits.
