"Rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were very friendly and willing to help and assist at all times. The food was good. Room for improvement: WiFi must be available in all areas since it was only in the lobby and spa for 1hr per day. And for those who booked only 3 days and 2 nights is not enough to book a reservation in one of their exclusive restaurants. Reservation for those restaurants are free for those with greater than 3 nights. This can improve by offering at least one dinner reservation. It will be a plus if they can put a coffee station for those coffee lovers. FINAL IMPRESSION: Good for the price 4 out of 5 is my overall review"

"We had a wonderful mini-vacation at Hodelpa Gran Almirante and truly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the experience was excellent. The chauffeur who picked us up was very friendly and welcoming. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff greeted us warmly in the lobby and provided plenty of helpful information about the property and its amenities. The breakfast was one of our favorite parts. There was always something different each morning, and everything was fresh and delicious. The pool and jacuzzi were also great, very relaxing and well-maintained. We also wanted to spend a day at the beach, and the hotel connected us with an independent tourist guide. He was phenomenal, very knowledgeable, professional, and made the trip enjoyable. He took us to Playa Dorada, which was beautiful and definitely worth visiting. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago. It’s a perfect mix of comfort, service, and convenience."
