"We had a great stay in this guesthouse. The guys were excellent hosts. I was nursing an injury from the the Camino and they were really kind and helpful. When we first arrived, hot and tired, we were greeted with a cool drink in the shade and we knew that we were in the right place. Tu has good local knowledge and helped with things like dinner reservations and fresh fruit from their orchard. We would definitely recommend this little oasis. "

"Lovely place. Loads of space for us 4 families to spread out across the 2 separate houses. (Handy to put the teens in the end one on their own). Weather was very hot so we really appreciated the pool, the shade of the walnut tree and the Bluetooth speakers. A couple of extra parasols would have been great, but we managed fine. Bedrooms were very hot at night, even with the fans going, but it was an unusually hot week (32-38 C). Weather conditions also meant a lot of flies, which were a bit...

Everyone had their own space to relax, but the common areas were ideal for gathering and making memories together. "We had a fantastic, relaxing holiday in this wonderfully unique and comfortable house. The super outside space with the pool and numerous loungers was perfect for spending lazy days and early evenings on our return from many gorgeous day trips to nearby towns or further afield to the coast which was around an hours drive away. Emma was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and should be so proud of the beautiful home she has created!"

"Right across the river from the Musée de la Bande Dessinée! Requires a bit of an uphill hike to get to the center of town but there are also easy nearby bus stops to take you there. Service was fantastic, breakfast was tasty and the hotel is pretty neat. No AC though. "

"This is our second time staying here while driving from Netherlands to San Sebastian. The first time was so great we did it again and this time was even better. The staff is 10/10 amazing. Very patient with my bad French even thought they spoke English perfectly. Claire even spoke a good amount of Dutch. She checked us in and helped us with the menu and was overall a sparkling ray of sunshine. The dinner and drinks were great. This is a classic motel. Clean, hot shower, comfy bed, fabulous staff, close to the highway. It is older but not in a bad way. It has character and is just a great place!"
