"It would be nicer design to have a locked entrance to the beach for a ground floor beach room. Very confusing about the breakfast ordering- strange that you are entitled to a certain amount of dishes but that if you do not order all of the dishes at the same time, you can not receive all of the preordered dishes. It would be good to have clear conditions and terms ahead of time. Location can be tricky to get a taxi due to road access. Hotel is generally very clean and modern."

"A very nice location with great surrounding gardens and very pleasant and professional staff. A great SPA and Medical centre with very knowledgeable personnel. "We stayed at Fairmont to celebrate our friend's birthday. Now I think it was perfect place for that. I asked at the reception to make small gift for my friend and you know, hotel provided a bottle of prosecco. It was very kind. The hotel is really luxury. The rooms in classic with huuuuge bathroom. The stuff is very kind and useful, especially waiter Ivan in the restaurant. He made our mornings. As for safety, there is a shelter in the underground parking. There were several air alarms, but we stayed in the rooms as we are locals and have iron balls :). Thank you Fairmont, and may be see you. "
