The hotel and staff were excellent in very difficult circumstances. The hotel continued with dining facilities and laundry despite constant air raid alarms and power difficulties. How the staff keep such happy smiling faces with all that must be going on in their own lives is incredible. I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff and thank them for a wonderful stay in a wonderful country. Breakfast buffet is good, both hot and cold food options, fresh fruit, pastries, bread, juices, coffee, tea. Desk personnel speak Ukrainian, English and Russian. Nice view at night. The room is small but ideal for solo travelers like me or even a minimalist couple. Housekeeping was daily and clean, bed was comfortable. Would be nice to have a cooker (to have some tea or late coffee) in the room. Reception is very helpful, kind and welcoming. Breakfast is very good.
