"We stayed just for 1 night before doing the Ha Giang Loop. Nice room and they were kind enough to hold our luggage for 4 days while we did the motorbike trip."

Upon further inspection and a one night stay, there were cockroaches in the room, breakfast was minimal and when scrambled eggs were requested, the staff did not seem to be receptive in taking care of the guests’ needs. Needless to say, scrambled egg was not made, and guest left the dinning area hungry and angry (hangry.)"
