All the staff were friendly and helpful , breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh orange juice , homemade pastries and local preserves. Our room was large with traditional furniture / furnishings including a very comfortable four poster bed - no air conditioning but several fans , and a large modern bathroom ."

"Really unique stay. The hotel is very old (in a good way). Loved our room and the air conditioning saved our lives when it was 40 degrees in Troyes. The bathroom was small to what I am used to in Canada, but I am a bigger person and that is common with Europe. Great location, very friendly and accomodating staff."

"Great spacious room, super comfy bed. Really friendly and helpful staff, free parking and an easy walk to get something to eat and to the shopping outlet. The shower does make the whole bathroom wet if not careful but again, lots of space. Definitely worth the money and would stay again in a heartbeat!"
