"The property would have benefited from some makeover especially with air conditioning. There was nothing to stop the mosquitoes from entering the room. The rooms we had were large and spacious. Breakfast was ok and dinner was subpar. The meals were not cheap either."

"La Rocheliere is an absolutely beautiful and unique BnB. It’s beautifully maintained with modern amenities, and staying in a building from the 1600s was an amazing experience. The host was very friendly and offered a lot of tips for things to do around the area. I definitely recommend the stay for those looking to explore the Loire Valley in a comfortable and historic setting."

"L'enregistrement s'est très bien passé grâce à l'aide du propriétaire. Au début, nous avons eu quelques difficultés à faire fonctionner les radiateurs et l'eau chaude. Deux jeunes employés du bar sont venus nous aider. La connexion Internet était très faible et instable tout au long de notre séjour ; le personnel n'a pas répondu à nos demandes. Enfin, le lit double était incroyablement bruyant et inconfortable, à tel point que l'un d'entre nous a dû dormir dans une autre chambre à l'autre bout...

"Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable au Moulin de Bacchus. Les hôtes sont d'une très grande gentillesse, le petit déjeuner top, les conseils avisés. Le lieu est magnifique, les chambres spacieuses. Je ne peux que recommander ce lieu ! Nous reviendrons assurément."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. Alexandre was very responsive to messages and Melanie was available to meet us for check in and provide us with all the information we needed. The house was well maintained and had everything we needed. The town had a lovely bakery for morning bread and a regular bus service into Tours. A lovely house and town and would recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay."
