"2nd trip to the club barbados, the staff are the highlight and very friendly. it is an older hotel with the caribbean charm so if this is what you like it is well worth it. the beach next door is great no direct beach but literally 10 steps away is a fantastic beach. you can swim in front of the hotel but it is quite stony. again great staff will be back."

"We had an amazing stay at Sugar Bay Barbados! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a delicious rum punch, setting the tone for a fantastic vacation. The staff made us feel at home right away with their warmth, friendliness, and exceptional hospitality. The servers were always greeting us with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Jesus, Aziza (the 2 amazing servers), Julius from Pool bar and Nathalia at the front desk for their outstanding service and for making our stay so memorable. If you’re staying at Sugar Bay, be sure to visit Umi Restaurant. Chef Roberto is incredibly talented, and his Asian fusion cuisine was one of the highlights of our trip. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The buffet had so many choices to choose from with different themes for dinner. We chose Colin’s Bar and Grill for lunch. They serve grilled fish, chicken, hotdogs and burgers with access to drinks and alcohol. Thank you to the entire Sugar Bay team for making our Barbados vacation so special. We highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Barbados and can’t wait to return!"

"The rooms are spectacular and clean. Was very pleased with the quality and design of the rooms. The beach view was beyond amazing. The staff were all friendly and friendly welcome everyone with a smile and warm greeting. The bar is nice. My boyfriend liked it because it set up like a sports bar so he could watch sports. I love the roof top lounge for adults it’s the best view of them all. A nice night relaxing and looking out on the ocean is always a vibe. I enjoyed their breakfast at the vintage restaurant. I never tried their dinner but everything is not so far away from the hotel and they accommodate taxi for you if needed. The welcome cocktail was good. You’ll love it here"
