This was way better than we expected! We stayed for one night and wished we could have stayed longer. The rooms are beautiful, the whole ranch is so beautifully decorated and well thought through. The food was incredible! (You do have to pre-order, they accommodated us for dinner within a few hours which was great!). Everyone there was so welcoming, the service was incredible! There’s a spa and lots of activities the whole family. We would definitely be back!

Qambathi was absolutely stunning. We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff who made sure our stay was all we expected and more. Nadia and Stephen are lovely hosts who really went out of their way to accommodate us with our pets. The rooms were clean and comfortable with lovely garden views. Forest walks and mountain views near by and the food was delicious too. We would definitely return to Qambathi again.

This place is a small piece of heaven! Great service from all staff right from the very beginning. Before arrival - Comms were timely and accurate and helpful. The meals provided were great (especially the Oxtail stew! 😋) and delivered to your individual lodge. The situation of the lodge is beautiful - wherever you look the scenery transfixes you. Very pleasant hotel with an old world feel but some areas could do with updating. A shower in a bathtub where one has to climb in and out of the bath to shower is rather outdated and potentially dangerous as no anti slip mat was provided. The bar fridge was very welcome. Lovely roses in the room were a nice touch. Staff were welcoming and helpful especially the young man on duty at breakfast time.

I booked a room for my daughter to spend with her baby on her first birthday. I was away in the UK and asked the lodge if they would be able to put roses and champagne etc. in the room.
