"This place is cheap for a reason. Maybe I just got the absolute worst room in the place, but if every room is like mine, I cannot recommend anyone stay here. Staff is nice and having airport transportation arranged was helpful. However the room: extremely small, so much that the sink is installed somewhat over the toilet. Like my legs were under the sink and I could rest my elbow on it. Towels, floor, and walls stained. The shower head holder wasn’t completely screwed into the wall so it was difficult to use because it’d spin around. This morning I had no hot water. Bathroom always smelled like smoke. TV didn’t seem to actually have cable. The blackout curtain didn’t entirely cover the window. The lights next to the bed didn’t work. I travel a lot and this is one of the worst rooms I’ve ever had. It’s a shame bc it’s in a really great location and could otherwise be really cute and a great stay. "

"I absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the bathrooms are perfectly designed. The bathroom lighting is excellent for applying makeup, which is uncommon for most hotels. I travel extensively and I wish that I could find more hotels like this one in Europe and in the US."

"Boy oh boy where do I start? Mama Shelter Belgrade is a swanky, ultra modern, vibrant hotel. It's located inside a massive shopping center and yet offers privacy when necessary. This is another optimally located hotel that is across from Belgrade Fortress (Park). The staff was awesome - Alexander was exceptional -. The are surrounding the hotel is also very safe and perfect if you prefer to gradually discover the city. It's a must stay again for me and the entertainment (live band)was a welcomed surprise too.
