Nice ambience. Good room with aircon. Very nice staff.

The room is nice and clean. Staffs are helpful. Beside the hotel is the famous Chicken rice shop. Carpark just right in front of the hotel.

The Culvert is a lovely, peaceful resort on the coast with great views out over the bay. It is clean and well looked after and the staff are very friendly and kind. It is very hot and there are mosquitoes so long sleeves and lightweight trousers advisable. Only marginally cooler at night so no need for warm clothes. All the cabins have aircon. The sun is VERY hot, this is not a sun bathing resort. The UV index was saying Extreme so pack strong suncream, especially if you go on any...

Grand Palace is good ; stayed few years ago. I wonder why that single bed on the furst bed on entering did nit suit my wife. I have great respect that Grand Palance can compare to Hilton bed standard like Thailand . Tq fir good reception welcome n the bell biys n security.

Lovely hotel which is about 10mins taxi from the city centre. It's located on the beach (not really a one for sunbathing though) and has a nice setting. The pool is wonderful and the whole place is very relaxing. Great room which was huge and nice breakfast.

The hotel is located at the new town of Bintulu. The room was spacious, clean and with all the necessary amenities expected in the hotel at this price.

New hotel right in the centre of town with lots of eateries and Imperial shopping mall just across the road and bintang mall just a 10 min walk so location is excellent. Room was very spacious as I had booked the suite with a balcony. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Minor issues such as the door to the balcony should have a frosted coating or a curtain over it as there is no privacy especially when lights are switched on. Hairdryer should also be provided. The safe box didn't work while I...

Very good experience. Me and my wife enjoyed staying here. Room layout is very nice and big. Sofa, Study tables, hairdryer, vault, water glass were provided. Big window with good view. Staff were very kind and helpful. Will come back again.

Very good location, hidden away - safe and secure with gate security. Staff are very friendly and courteous always happy to help. Get the sea view rooms or if able to stretch more, the baruk suite. Views are amazing, as you are slightly higher on the hill side looking out to the beach and bay. Amazing views of the sunset in the evenings with your own balcony. Clifftop pool (which is the closest from either seaview rooms or baruk suites) is the best. The infinity pool looking out to the...

The hotel is too far from Bintulu and we re not informed clearly about that. The food is nice and generous. The pool clean. Building too old seems like dormitory. The people are very nice.
