"Wow!! What can I say? What a beautiful charming B&B. I have to admit, I was curious/concerned about such an old facility but given the recent renovation/remodel, job well done. Everything has been updated, (fixtures, windows, etc). The owner is extremely welcoming and accomodating. Not a day goes by, now that we're home, that we miss waking up at Le Clocher de la Duchesse. "Lovely studio on the top floor. I had a small somewhat heavy suitcase and tote and it was a little climb with heavy things but that only went up on the first day. I was fine. There is a nice view. It is easy to walk to various places from the studio. There is a laundromat about an 8 minute walk. One of the entrances to the palace garden is on the corner across the street. Fred was really great at communicating with me. "
