Only stayed one night as a stop over beautiful hotel in great location lots of bars and resultants staff very helpful breakfast plenty of choice ! We stayed in premium room with views over the harbour

Very nice area and surroundings. It's your "oasis" in the middle of Cabo de Gata. Decoration, pool area and cleanliness were outstanding. Very quiet place, exactly what we were looking for.

Luxury hotel just ten mins from small airport (with virtually no aircraft noise) Great staff and buffet food. No night life to speak off and little going on in the immediate surroundings. Great for just chilling out. Do note however that the advertised facilities for the pools areas (bar, snack bar etc) closed for the winter in the middle of September!,.

We stayed bed and breakfast. Breakfast was really good. From walking around the area this really is the best hotel. We travelled as a couple so it was good that in the main families were at the beach hotel. Getting out of Almerimar on buses was nigh on impossible ... but we were ok with that. Everywhere was easy walking distance.

The decor always was a strange mix of classical and rather tacky gold painted mock baroc, some of it looking as if it had been knocked up by carpenters on set. - and it quite possibly was. The hotel was initially built for visit ing movie stars, and the current owners have preserved the signed photos of big names who stayed there 40 years ago while filming around Almeria. Not too much has been changed, just bettered. The pool area has been rebuilt, and my ensuite was modern and new, but the...

Lovely boutique hotel in perfect location.

Excellent hotel in a superb, old town location overlooking the Plaza de Constitucion - the old parliament building, Alcazaba in the distance and very close to the Cathedral. Very comfortable room, great bar/breakfast on top floor with panoramic views of the city and sea. Hotel is best reached by taxi as Self-parking is a maze of one-way streets away, albeit less than a 5 min walk! Highly recommend tapas at Jovellanos 16, a 2 min walk away...amazing!

Hotel rooms we slightly dated. But all bed comfy and nice bathroom. And rooms fitted with a smart tv. It’s a very Spanish hotel which is lovely. Which means the kids club is all in Spanish but a few of the girls speak English which was lovely for our little girl. Food was absolutely fabulous, great options every night plenty to choose from. We have full board and never went hungry. Was a great place to stay

Although primarily a golf resort this was also a good hotel for non golfers. Beautiful grounds and easy driving distance from costal towns. We would visit again.

We loved this hotel, so different! We did think that dinner could start earlier ie 7.30pm instead of 8pm We would have liked in room tea/ coffee facilities We would highly recommend the hotel food was excellent and of the region.

It is an amazing hotel, built into a rock, so you are actually staying in a luxury cave. The view was unbelievable, and the food in the restaurant was fantastic
