The Embassy Valletta Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Beautifully designed rooms. With excellent soaps and amazing lighting. The staff is very friendly and professional. And presentation is amazing. The only negative is the windows in my windows are not double glazed so small amount of street noise gets through"

Domus Zamittello
10/10 Excellent
"Special Maltese atmosphere and very friendly & helpful service. Great breakfast!"

Palazzo Rosaria Boutique Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The room was very clean and large size. Staff was very helpful and nice. In fact, on the early morning (4am) that we had to leave, our taxi refused to drive up to the hotel to Leonid (the front staff at the time) helped wheel our luggage out to the city center and hailed a taxi for us. He was incredibly helpful. Breakfast is excellent and I highly recommend this property. It is conveniently located and very nice indeed!"

Palazzo Paolina Boutique Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Great location. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good… much better than anything I’ve had included in a large chain hotel. We stayed in the room with the patio and hot tub, which really made the stay what it was. I would certainly book this hotel/room again."

King Charles Boutique
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is very centrally located. It was also a few minutes walk to the Valletta bus terminal. Self-check in was a breeze. The staff was very, very helpful. The room was always clean. There were many souvenir stores which was a PLUS. Breakfast was good (nothing over the top) which was fine with me. It was a great start to the day without having to worry what to have for breakfast. The only thing about King Charles hotel was the music playing in the evening as there were several pubs that play live music. It was only for about 4hrs (10pm to 2am) so it didn’t bother me that much. Overall I will still come back to this hotel. 👍🤗"

The Gomerino Hotel
8/10 Good
"Very good position in Valletta center, very professional staff but not sure on Erasmus students manning front desk whilst alone. Unfortunately the main entrance facing an alleyway with restaurants bins."

Tritoni Valletta Boutique Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The Hotel is well situated about 500-600m from the main entrance to city of Valletta, very easy walking and enjoyable views. The rooms were very clean, but could possibly do with a touch up here and there. All the staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful - always very smiley. Breakfast was plentiful and if you find the cooked breakfast a little cold for your liking then only need to mention it to the staff and they will cook fresh to order. There is a hot tub in the 4th floor - roof top and can be booked. We did not use, but noted it was cleaned every day and other guests said it was a good temperature and clean. There is a pool on the underground floor, not very large so more of a plunge pool than a swimming pool and possibly clostrophobic for some. Small gym also on this floor - neither sampled on this trip but appeared well maintained."

Grand Hotel Excelsior
10/10 Excellent
"Room valeting very good. Breakfast choices were excellent and included in the price of the room. Restaurant food not to our taste so ate out for lunch and dinner. Hotel is located edging overlooking the bay. Used the shuttle bus to get up the hill (80+ steps) to the central walkway"

66 Saint Pauls & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"A terrific boutique hotel in a great central location close to everything you want to see in Valetta. Lots of restaurants around to enjoy. The staff were amazing, very clean and quiet place plus the breakfasts were always really good. I would definitely go back again and highly recommend this hotel to others."
