"Nice clean room great restaurant but be careful as portions are huge. Very convenient for channel tunnel."

"Firstly arrived and there is rubbish all over the outside. Checked in to have to pay a 150 pound deposit which we didn’t know about. Then went to the room the door handle was broke and door didn’t shut unless key was in back and locked. The toilet was not very stable the room smelt damp my parents room the light switch was hanging off open wires showing. Then wanted some food in their restaurant which they told us was closed for a wedding we looked and it looked shut down and dark. Overall we...

"Thank you Anne-Sophie for a wonderful stay in your charming house. Lovely village and interesting area to explore"

"very comfortable.. only thing is no caffe or takeaway food around ..had to drive half an hour to get restaurant"

"I physically cannot express my displeasure with this place. Staff are useless don't help in the slightest. The list of things included is a total lie. The kitchen appliances don't work properly, the TV broke and they don't even try to rectify this and they don't provide the basics such as towels for showering and toilet paper. At the end of our stay we were told to clean the house basically from top to bottom which means they don't then clean after us, bearing in mind the house was dusy and...

"Everything was nice and clean."

"Lovely clean house. The reclining chair was a nice touch. We were given the wrong key code to get in at first. Could have done with a freezer and the washing machine played up. Lovely garden. Overall impressed."

"The cottage was a very welcomed pit stop for us after a long day driving from Germany. No doubt it would also provide a lovely longer holiday stay."
