"We had 2 rooms total.The room assigned to my sister & looked clean except for one corner in the bathroom. We had a small fridge which was nice, but no microwave in the room. My daughter's room was missing a trash can /recycle bin combo. The trash can in her bathroom had no liner & had standing water inside. She asked for this to be remidied & received a trash/recycle receptical fairly quickly. The beds were very comfortable. The elevator closest to our rooms broke down after we went up to our rooms, but there was another one a little further away that worked fine. Overall, I would stay here again. "

"We love staying here! This is our absolute favorite spot to hang out in BA. Don’t skip out on the whirlpool rooms, it’s a must. We’ve never worried about the cleanliness as it’s always SPOTLESS and the staff is nothing short of amazing. "
