"The staff was amazing. The entertainment staff was so fun. They made sure to interact with guests from the youngest to the oldest. The activities were fun and engaging. The buffet selections were good and had choices for a variety of different tastes and allergies. The housekeeping staff was friendly and kept the rooms clean. I would stay here again."

"Overall, the property was very nice, clean, and well-maintained. The grounds and common areas were beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay. However, the rooms are a bit outdated and could use some updating. The beds, in particular, seem to be worn from constant use and were extremely soft, making them less comfortable than expected. One of the biggest frustrations during our stay was the restaurant availability. We would check the restaurant schedule in the morning, see that a restaurant was listed as open that day, and then arrive in the evening only to find it closed. The steakhouse was especially difficult to get into, as it was only open on limited days, and we were turned away twice within an hour of opening because the waitlist was already too long. Room service is also very limited if you’re not staying as an Elite member. We debated back and forth before our trip about whether to book a regular room or upgrade to Elite. Looking back, I would definitely choose the Elite option. The additional amenities and access appeared to be well worth the extra cost and likely would have improved our overall experience."

"The staff was amazing! Our wonderful bartender Mr Gil never disappoints, as well as his crew Mr Tolentino, and Mr Chicho! Una porra para ellos Woo! Mr Gil went above and beyond to get hibiscus flavor for our drinks and had a secret stash just for my us! Just by that made us feel like VIP GUESTS🔥Una porra pa’Don Gil!🎉🙌. Y no podía faltar el gran mesero nuestro Diablito Angel, te hace la cena muy divertida eso sí recuérdenle las alergias más de dos veces para que no se le olvide. Ya que mi hijo si sufrió una reacción de todo el cuerpo y pues gracias a que llevaba medicamento no pasó de un susto😩(hay les encargo, HardRock!)Y por último el señor Víctor quien nos atendió las dos últimas cenas, súper amable y complaciente! Gran equipo! Saludos chicos!"

"Excellent property. Spacious rooms, we stayed with 2 kids. The whole place is like a mini Jurassic Park. Lot a stuff to do. We saw Cirque du Soleil LUDÕ show, it was great. Great pools and great service. The water parks were not opened yet and we can’t wait to come back and try them. On the negative side dinners are very expensive and not the greatest food. The best restaurant food was Nektar which has a fountain and light show you have to see."
