"We asked for and early check in we arrived at 3 as we were told to only to have them send us away for another 30 minutes. When we entered the room we were exhausted so we rested for a while. Later we discovered rhe floors felt sticky, the bathroom sink was clogged we dug a hairball out with a pen to get it to drain. The mirror was not cleaned. There was a long hair in the shower and neither of us has long hair so it obviously wasnt cleaned well. When we opened the bed it appeared as if someone had slept in the sheets. By this time it was 10:00 at night. We only stayed one night, opted to lose the money and find somewhere else that was better. Shocked because the reviews were good. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE."

"Parking was a breeze. Check in was lovely, the person checking us in was very kind and welcoming. The hotel itself is immaculate, it smelled clean, and the room was massive. The food was great and there’s lots of other things you can do if you don’t want to gamble. They have a beautiful outdoor fire pit area as well."
