"The hotel has an awesome location on Houghton Lake. But i was going late in the season and the weather wasn't good. The reason i picked the hotel was for the new pool and hot tub. I got there on thursday and the hot tub was out of service until monday. They said the pool was heated, but definitely was not warm.They also didn't clean the room. I later found a 2 sided doorhanger on the floor that you were supposed to set on the door to get your room cleaned. I like the hotel and the location and i will give them another chance. But i will dejinitely call closer to checin to see if hot tub is working."

"The fire alarm sounded at 7 AM and woke us, and no explanation was given, we right away, put on our clothes and ran down the stairs to our car and left. It didn’t look like any emergency vehicles were there, but we didn’t know what to do. Turns out that it was a false alarm, but it was a good thing we went out for breakfast because The alarm kept going for an ! "
