"Very outdated, damage to walls in hallways/rooms. Carpet stains in rooms. Musty smell. Loud guests in other rooms."

"The room had significant maintenance issues - shades would not function, partly open all night with street light coming in; TV would shut down every 20 minutes or so with "unplugged from internet" message which required reboot each time; soap dispenser was off its wall holder, needed repair; sound from room above sounded like kids jumping, informed front desk, no action. For the price point, not at all satisfied. Have stay at other properties with much better results."

"It was ok. The valet service wasn’t working and I parked in the VIP lot that I paid for to see the event. The next morning at checkout they had put a notice to not park there or I would be towed. The receptionist at check in was not friendly at all. Other than that everyone was friendly and accommodating."

"We recently stayed at Hotel Deco Omaha and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were told valet parking was the only option available. However, our vehicle is a manual transmission and the valet staff could not drive it. This left my husband in the position of essentially having to park his own car through valet, which defeats the purpose of the service. We were initially still charged the $25 valet fee, though it was eventually removed after we questioned it. Once in the room, cleanliness was an issue. The television screen had visible fingerprints all over it, the tray holding the glassware was dirty, and there were crumbs on the couch. It did not feel properly cleaned or prepared for guests. The most serious issue was that the air conditioning was not functioning correctly. Despite it being around 80 degrees outside, the room remained uncomfortably warm. We reported the issue but were told the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing that could be done. We were informed management would follow up via email, which has not yet resolved anything. We were offered drink and appetizer vouchers, but this did not address the overall discomfort and lack of basic room functionality during our stay. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or service responsiveness. For the price and reputation of the hotel, these issues were disappointing."

"The room was OK and had comfortable beds. I was very disappointed in the bathroom as it was small and not well cleaned. The grout and edges of the of the floor, around the toilet and baseboard had visible grime and stains, not cleaned well at all. The vanity/sink chrome legs were dirty and rusted. I would not want to be barefoot in there, yuk. The vending machine prices were unreasonably high at $5.50 for a Dasani water and $5.00+ for a regular Hershey bar. There was no ice machine on my floor, only a deep freeze with baggies of melted together ice. The coffee offered downstairs frequently ran out and they usually had no flavored creamer."
