The staff were friendly and helpful and were able to recommend at least two very good and reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance. It was particularly valued by me that I was free to brew myself proper English tea at any time, and there was an expresso coffee machine in the bedroom. I had a very pleasant stay at the Casa Ferrari. Valeria and Mario, the owners of Casa Ferrari, were highly welcoming as was Giovanni who works at Casa Ferrari. They all made a great effort to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable and were very hospitable indeed. My room was very comfortable with delightful views from the balcony towards the sea. Casa Ferrai is situated in the historic town of Gerace which is steeped in history and full of historic buildings of interest.
