"dirty room elevator not working"

"First when I arrived and the greeting was "what you need" I booked a 2 beds room, they did not have any available and told me to contact Expedia to cancel a reservation, I asked to speak with a manager and the "upgrade" me to a suite without soap or shampoo and with one bed that I have to share with another man, they told me to check out and the would have another room for me the next day, when I arrived they said no rooms available and I had to use the same bedroom and it was not cleaned. Worst experience ever"
