"The reason I gave this property five stars is because of the staff. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Good choice if you are traveling with dogs, there is plenty of green space and a pet relief area. The hotel was very clean and the restaurant food was good. They have some nice outdoor common areas with a fire pit. The rooms to appear to be older and could use some updating, but they were clean and comfortable. The reason I only gave three stars for property condition and facilities was because the pool and hot tub were both closed. Not a major concern for the purpose of my stay. Will definitely stay here again when in the area."

"Since the first time I came here, three years ago, I have always returned when needing lodging in the area. Not fancy, but CLEAN, comfortable beds, pillows of varying thickness to suit each preference, kind helpful owners and staff, right off the highway, and very affordable. Pool is always clean. Great value and this is my 5th stay here. "
