"The property is an old home in the middle of a better part of Lilongwe. It’s much better than most places there. It’s in a relatively safe neighborhood. "PLEASE go elsewhere if you have the choice. Poor room service, the restaurant does not have a good decent menu. However, the people working at the hotel are kind and try their best with the limited tools and training they have been empowered with.There is no shuttle service attached to the hotel. "The staff are all very nice and helpful. They were in the process of remodeling a wing so clean was a challenge. Then their hoover was broken so the poor staff were sweeping rugs using s dust broom. "Being so close to the wildlife centre, I saw more animals sitting on my porch than I did in the reserve itself. The food at the restaurant was delicious and staff were attentive. The owner had the courtesy of introducing himself and seeing if everything was fine. Rooms were spacious and the grounds were clean. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend. "
