The pictures are misleading, it looks like they are probably several years old. The hotel is much less inviting now. I guess it would be fine for travelers on a limited budget who don't mind very basic accommodations. The grounds were untidy with visible piles of garbage, the rooms were spartan and uninviting - the place looked more like a barracks than a hotel.
