"Hi, I stayed here, and overall, everything was great. The room and everything else were good, but I wasn’t completely satisfied with the laundry service. Since I already paid for the room, I think it would be better if washing and drying clothes were included in the room price. Having to pay small additional fees each time I use the washer or dryer can be a little irritating. In the future, when setting the room prices, it would be better to include laundry and washing in the overall room...
