"avoid this hotel. No staff on site. ad to call to get instructions to get in. No heat. Had to plug in refrigerator to make it work. No free parking from 8AM to 8PM. Fined7 euros because did not know it was free. Paid 18 euros to park the next day. Next day 2 towels replaced. No new tea bags, garbage not emptied and comforters not even straightened. Beds were terrible, went down I foot whensat on. Not all hall lights worked. Asked to leave 8 euros for city tax. Very BAD experience."
