They installed AC for the 3rd night stay which was bit late, would have given them higher rating if they would have admitted and apologised upfront for the missing AC in the rooms."

"We had booked a stay through expedia for one night, July 9 -10, 2026. Upon reaching the property on the evening of July 9th, we found that the property was not completely constructed, the furniture was not polished, there was cement on the tiles, the tiles were not completely placed, unfinished plywood boards were placed to divide the rooms and bathroom, there was no water in the washroom, no flush, no tap over the sink basin, the tiles were not completely laid in the bathroom, etc. The stay was...
