Amazing hotel with fantastic staff & service.

Our overnight stay was sweet and low key at Laklouk. We had spent the day exploring Bsharri and then drove to Laklouk to stay overnight. The stay is very cosy and personal as the owners of the house are there. The house has 4 rooms so there aren't many guests. Lovely outdoor areas to relax and have breakfast, or enjoy the amazing sunset view. The next day we had a 1 hour ATV tour, which was a great way to see the surrounds and highly recommend. The owners and Mohammed are very happy to help...

Hotel is amazing. I arrived early morning, as usual very early check in at no extra cost, but there was a mistake with my reservation from the hotel, mistakes happen! But the way staff handled the situation, apologised and arranged an immediate upgrade was super! I always felt at home at this hotel, and this time I felt in safe hands. Thank you

A new hotel made out of older Beirut apartment block is in a very nice neighbourhood and has a personal touch and presense. Nice boutique atmosphere.

New building they’re clean and there is a free car parking in the basement

Excellent location in the heart of Gemmayze/Mar Mkhayel. Close to many good restaurants, cafés, bars, etc.. The room was very comfortable, and full of character. The common areas were pleasant and kept very clean. Roy and the rest of the staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I would happily stay there again.
