I asked to do it but the hotel management ignored my request. Breakfast with cold eggs, instant made coffee and spoiled food. No mini bar or coffee maker in the room"

"Excellent vacation location, with beautiful mountains as the perfect backdrop. Very friendly and helpful resort staff. Only minor issue was slow service in the main restaurant. My wife and I sat at a table for about 20 minutes waiting for staff to acknowledge us. Also, Pinacoladas my wife ordered had very little, if any alcohol content."
