We had to keep the window open to cool the room down. I could not find a way to turn the bedside lamp off, there was no switch. I had to unscrew the lightbulb. The bed had springs that were loose and kept popping. There were not many outlets and my sister needed them close to the bed for her sleep apnea machine. The front desk staff was very friendly. "
