"Yala Safari Camping is such an incredible & unique experience. The tents are so nice, the staff is beyond incredible. I stayed as a solo female traveler back in December and I felt so safe and taken care of. They help coordinate two safaris for me during my stay. The wifi wasn’t working while I was there so they gave me a hotspot to borrow while I was staying so I could keep up with work calls and emails. "

"The stay was amazing. From the moment we walked in we were warmly greeted by the owners of the property who showed exceptional hospitality. The room was really nice and clean with an amazing view of the surroundings. The food was 10/10 with a selection of both local and international options. The owners helped with arranging a jeep for the safari and were ready to help with any other requests. I would highly recommend staying at the property if you’re going for the Yala Jungle Safari. "

"Hotel a 3 km de la ville, assez éloigné sans service a proximité. Safari trés cher. J'avais résérvé une chambre mais a mon arrivée il n'y en avait pas alors on m'a proposé le dortoir au meme tarif se que j'ai refusé et aprés discussion j'ai obtenu une tente-chambre. Trés bien dans la grosse savane mais prés de la grande route pas nécessaire du tout. Personnel serviable mais on sans que l'argent et le but premier du centre. "

"It was extremely difficult to check out. They do not have the facilities for customers to use a credit card. The girl at the front desk is nice but she is over worked; she cooks, cleans, wait tables and acts as thr receptionist too. The room was not ready at 3:30\. "Absolutely loved this hotel, wish we had more time here. Outstanding service, pleasant staff and fantastic surroundings. Our room overlooked the ocean and it was lovely to watch the monkeys bounding on the balcony and the properties. The bathroom had an open air concept and you could look at the stars while you shower. The hotel is built sympathetically to the surroundings. Good choices for breakfast and dinner buffets. Great base for Yala safari. Even with early starts you could request a packed breakfast. Pool area is lovely and we enjoyed drinks at the swim up bar. Cannot recommend this hotel enough."

I stayed as a solo female traveler back in December and I felt so safe and taken care of. They help coordinate two safaris for me during my stay.
