Loved the room in front of the pool area. Well designed, had an extremely comfortable bed, and excellent quiet AC. The room had did not have any musty smell or humidity I often find at many hotels — and smelled wonderful upon extra. I stay in hotels 10 months of the year - this room I found checked all my boxes. Service throughput my 2 days was top notch and the pickup service and drop off into town was an excellent addition. Will be my “go to” hotel when I visit the area again! Huge room with big views. Good value. All the staff is great, from the manager to receptionists to cleaners; very welcoming, smiling, kind. Linen / towels have a hint of chemical smell, had to buy my own towel because couldn't stand it. Not sure if it's the washing products, fabric softener or something the cleaners spray. There's dogs barking all night in one side of the building, had to change room and then it was all good Aircon was smelly. Needs to be cleaned more regularly perhaps.
