"It's one of the better hotels in Jeju -- it has "villa" which is a single house and "hotel" which is the room in a 3-story building. We stayed at the hotel but it's also spacious and came with good view to the see. The service was good. The only complain is there is no car access so you need to walk up/down hill -- they do have cart service but for check-in/out."

We had to use the phone on the counter to call the number stated and a staff came out to give us the key. "This is definitely a family resort. They have performance at the main pool every night to keep the kids and adults entertained. They also have an above 19 pool area which is great for couples. The hotel has shown some age but it wins on service and facilities. "

Air conditioner unit is switched off during winter and you are expected to open the balcony door for ventilation. "Comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood. While it may be a bit out from the center of the city, it's only a short walk from the coast and plenty of restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again for a few nights in Jeju-si."
