And the facilities in room takes time to understand, like the projector and the screen, they don’t have English option. And I tried to use the outdoor tub, I can’t find the turn on switch. The tooth brush and paste are not free to use. The breakfast is not included, it costs about 60 canadian dollars per person. Its proximity to Hallasan and horse-riding places was a plus. The floor heating system kept me warm throughout my winter stay. The cookies and milk tea provided as a welcome gift were a delightful touch. The outdoor bathtub took some time to fill up, and I encountered a few insects in the shower since its connected to outdoor bathtub, but this was understandable (kinda expected) given the villa's forest location. Overall, it's definitely an ideal choice for newlyweds and those looking to escape from city life. It is a good place for chilling and spending the weekend. However, communicatikn and professionalism have be a problem before and during my stay. Has been sending messages and emails ot the hotel through Expedia and other ways, yet, no replies were received at all. At the end Expedia helped me to call the hotel to get some answers. I guess it is because staff are quite fresh. Lastly, the housekeeping is not doing a very good job.
