"Mehmet bey, went out of his way to make us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. He has excellent English language skills and put our very poor Turkje to shame. There is a bus stop nearby into town or I would recommend having a vehicle as it's a fair walk from town down a busy road. Would definitely stay here again."

"Property condition is not good There are damp patches in the family room Shower area does not drain well Double room curtain are broken We struggle to sleep due to Ants There is no one at the reception Owner should come and greet the guests Person who is working there does not understand English. It was a struggle There were no water bottles. We gave up the idea of having dinner and breakfast there. I won’t recommend this place to stay "

"Location was perfect, right outside the Otogar/ bus station. Just walking disrance less than 5 minutes to the hotel. Room was clean & warm during winter. Perfect. "

"I really enjoyed the staying there, very convenient quality hotel and services. Although i tried other hotels in the same city with similar stars though I wish I staid all my 7 nights in Ramada. Location is a walking distance from every thing. Breakfast at roof with a panoramic view on the city and surrounding mountains is a story by itself. Internet speed is unbeatable 160-200 MB comparing to 4-8 MB Considering all 4 stars details such as tissue box, ear cotton, etc it’s well taking care of. It is notable in the part of Turkey. "

"The property has recently been refurbished and is in very good and clean condition. While the room we were in was a little on the "Snug" side it was clean and tidy and perfectly adequate for a day or two. The view from the balcony was really nice. The buffet breakfast was of good quality and quantity and nicely presented. The owner and staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and nothing was to much trouble. We were helped with our luggage and complimentary coffees and water were brought to our room on arrival. We were also told to help ourselves to tea or coffee at any time from the restaurant area. All in all a very pleasant little hotel, would we return? Yes."

"The rooms were very clean, but be careful when booking as not all rooms have an attached bathroom. Very good value for the price. The property is not on the lake, so no view if that is important to you."
