"We had 2 rooms: one smelled terrible. Both beds were comfortable when you laid on them; one had bed bugs which we didnt sleep on. Room 104 smelled terrible, even after the staff "cleaned" the room again. When we complained to the manager, he said he didnt smell anything wrong. The hotel agreed to change our rooms the, then changed their minds, then gave me the key after I insisted they do so (long protracted argument) . Room 103 was ok, but staff and drivers were outside the window below...

"The panamamic views surrounding the house are absolutely gorgeous! My wife and I have stayed at places all over the world (36 countries and counting) and this house ranks in our top 5\. The room is huge (with a large, modern bathroom), and the house has a stocked game room with pool, ping pong, foosball, and more plus a giant chessboard outside. "We enjoyed a 5 night stay at Fox Kandy and could not be happier with the experience. The room, hotel, facilities and grounds were spotless. Thank you Yasim for looking after our room. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and ate at the hotel on two nights, the food for all meals was really good quality. Special mention to all the staff who were all polite and courteous and were always on hand to help. Thank you all and we hope to stay again in the future."
