It was in Namibia looking over Sossusvlei dunes. They are some of the oldest dunes in the world and how they measure their age is partially dune by the color. The sand here has a tiny amount of iron in it and with a lot of age eventually rusts and that is what that orange color is. This trip was with Namib Sky Balloon Safaris and they had a wonderful trip followed by breakfast by the dunes.
