"Absolute joke of a hotel, I tried to change the date as I’ve been unwell (and yes I had insurance.) I was told they would get back to me, and they’ve done that two days after the trip and said, we’re sticking to the original booking, this was all done through hotels.com so won’t be using either every again!! This is the four attempt at submitting the review, clearly write anything negative and it's declined, declined, declined..."

"Premium hotel with good service and facilities. A proper luxury feel."

"Good all round hotel but plonked in the middle of a modern industrial estate. A good 15 minute walk to the airport and NEC. Breakfast was good with a usual selection of cooked and continental. Staff were spot on! The only down side of our visit was that a refurbishment was going on at the time. Even the name of the hotel has recently changed to AC by Marriott!"

"The room was excellent, comfortable and everything you would need. The hotel is within the Uni campus and a short drive into thectown centre. The spa facilities were excellent we enjoyed the steam room, sauna, pool and jacuzzi. The changing rooms are well equipped. Great relaxing stay. "
