"My husband and I stayed for an extended period of time. It was our first time at the Bel Air hotel and our experience was very pleasant. Rachel, Dylan, Josiah, Rose, Naleta, and especially Devika were all super wonderful! They were very friendly, helpful and extremely accomodating at all times. They did their very best to make our stay as comfortable as possible and we greatly appreciate their efforts and kindness. Kudos to the owner as well for ensuring that our needs were met.
