"The property is very clean smell so good. The staff are ok, could be better especially during breakfast. The staff take long to take orders and sometimes get a bit confused. I think they need training and the supervisor needs to assist when there is a crowd. Secondly the room is beautiful cleaned but missing a drinking glasses. I would recommend you add glasses to the rooms because not everyone likes to drink from the water bottle."

"The restaurant service was poor, the staff was not friendly and welcoming. It took 2 hours before we could be served coffee and waited another half hour for breakfast to be served, only to be served the wrong items for one of the guests. The bill was prepared and missed one of the guest on the bill. The hotel did not have water coming through the taps for half a day. Had to request the hotel provide bottle water to the room. There was no announcement made to the guests. Taxi service provided by the hotel was unreliable, drove us around in circles for over an hour before finding the location."

"The location is good for us. The breakfast selection was terrible honestly, we feel they could have done muchhh better. The shower heads need to be yanked out & replaced. In this modern time it ridiculous how nasty, dilapidated & broken the shower heads are, the room we were in when we checked in had water leaking out the shower and looked moldy because of the leak. The pool is nice, a couple of days they ran out of towels so we had to walk up to our room dripping wet. The lobby needs sprucing up, more modern, better lounge area. The rails on our balcony was rotten at the bottom and broken off, now that’s a super dangerous thing. Maintenance is extremely lacking in this hotel. We’ve been coming here for 4-5 years but honestly do not see any improvements being done."
