"The apartment was amazing value for money, it comfortably slept 4, was well designed and laid out very well presented and had everything you need kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge, the showers were fantastic. "On arrival we were given the room that we booked only to find out that the door did not lock once we tried to leave the room. After contacting the customer service representative we were told that it “should be safe anyway”. Obviously as a paying customer I was not happy with this. We were then moved to another room (which may I add was a downgrade) because it was all that they could offer us. No mention of a refund of the extra that we paid for the higher spec room and when I asked the question...

"If I could give 100 stars, I would because this hotel felt more like home surrounded by friends and family. David and Daniel were exceptional hosts during our recent 3 week stay in Bucharest. They went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met without making us feel like clients or customers. The atmosphere of the reception area sets the comforting mood for a great experience. The room we stayed at was clean and quiet. The fresh morning coffees and espressos set the mood for amazing days. Conservations with the staff were never forced but felt genuine. We will definitely stay here next time we visit. Please give Princess a loving scratch under her chin from us!"
