The fitness centre also requires additional payment — it’s just a gym somewhere nearby, not in the building. There was also a problem with the gas, which we had to fix ourselves because the owner didn’t know when someone would come to check the boiler or at what time. We were not going to spend our entire holiday waiting for hot water. Overall, this was very disappointing and misleading."
