The staff were friendly and helpful. I had to cut short my stay in Busan and a lady on reception helped with refunding the difference. The room was nice and the breakfast in the morning was a buffet with plenty of choice - not what we in the west would normally choose but enjoyable and as much or little as you wanted.

The location of the hotel was great, close to the beach and metro station. There are many of good restaurant option nearby.

A comfortable stay with nearby transport to the rest of Ulsan, convenience store, cafes and restaurants within easy reach. The area was quiet for restful l sleep while Remnant guesthouse was clean and dormitory rooms warm. Wifi was fair bit much better in the lobby and breakfast was simple but helpful to have. The owner is super friendly and wouldn't mind staying again.

The hotels in a great location barely a 5 minute walk to the beach and with hundreds of dining and shopping nearby on the main shopping street. plenty of transport links nearby.

Amazing experience staying at Best Louis Hamilton Haeundae for our time Busan. The front of house, kitchen and housekeeping staff we encountered during our stay were lovely and kind, and our triple room was perfect for our girls’ trip. Room cleaning was also available and included by pressing the make up room button when heading out. The cooked breakfast was fantastic, with about 4 options made on request until 1pm. Clean, comfy bed, helpful staff, very close to Busan station and close to a metro line.

Location was quite far away from city center. Overall facility was good. Floor was a bit sticky.
