Very clean and a convenient location to get to the airport. The breakfast was ok for vegetarians but the chefs tried their best to make whatever was possible. The Chinese restaurant golden dragon was really good. The food was amazing. The staff was friendly. Overall all the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

Stayed on our last night in Sri Lanka as a stopover on the way to the airport. Can't remember exactly but it's about a 20 min drive. Hence can't comment on the local area and what's around. The hotel however is wonderful. Old colonial building tastefully renovated with great attention to detail. Food was also very good and reasonably priced. A real bit of luxury in great grounds. Everything about this hotel was fantastic! Staff and service was excellent. Staff were attentive and anticipated our needs without being intrusive. Facilities were of a high standard and included everything we needed. The outdoor pool was exceptionally enjoyable. WiFi was excellent - both in the room and at the pool. It’s worth booking a club Horizon room as the lounge is worth every penny.

Located just far enough out of Colombo to be quiet, yet can easily walk to Galle Face Green if you wish. The hotel is clean and staff are great. Plenty food and beverage options at reasonable prices or try Galle Road for street food. Take the free shuttle to the beach lounge for a swim in the sea or just relax on the sea front. The roof pool is busier than the beach lounge but still always room available. High Tea was very good and the Tides buffet was super.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, excellent locally sourced food, a great environment policy and the amazing 100m swimming pool. Its not a family hotel as such, however there was a babysitting service and a good choice of food for children. The pool is 4m deep (no 'shallow end' although there are steps). The suites have a twin room suitable for children. No beach, although limited watersports on the lagoon.

An excellent choice for the last day and night of a two week trip in Sri Lanka. Got to the hotel hours before the check in time, and was given a room straight away. There are multiple restaurants to choose from for dinner. Dinner at Ocean was fab! Cocktails at the roof top bar were nice. And the afternoon by the pool was chilled. All the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Terrace Green is just 15 minutes from the airport and pick-up is free. A good quiet place to relax after a long journey. The staff are very friendly, and although we arrived early, our room was made available (at a small cost). Breakfast the following morning was enjoyable, all cooked to order. A good place to start a holiday in Sri Lanka, we were picked up on the 2nd morning by our tour guide, suitably refreshed and ready to go.

Ultimately a brilliant hotel and breakfast. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. Lovely beach location! The staff were very attentive and responsive. We stayed here for our first night in Sri Lanka. The hotel is a good location for the airport and was a very good nights sleep after a very long day travelling.

The hotel was absolutely incredible. Its surroundings were beautiful. We stayed in the Courtyard Suite and it was huge. The staff made the stay so special, and food was stunning! One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at! Thank you!

I've stayed at quite a few of the nicest hotels in Colombo over the past few years, both with my family and alone, and I'm really pleased I tried ITC this year. It's probably now my joint favourite alongside the Hilton Colombo Residences. Its a fantastic hotel and looking forward to stay next time. Service staffs specially staffs at pool bar and security near lobby lift need to be much more friendly and need to talk to guest. Choose this one over the other 3 Jetwing hotels in close vicinity. Set in front of the beach all rooms have a sea view. Staff are courteous and extremely helpful. Rooms are large with a huge bathroom with a nice deep bathtub. Modern, clean, comfortable with a great balcony. Stayed for 7 nights with my partner a tuk tuk costs about £0.70 to travel 5 minutes down the road to lively bars, clubs, restaurants and shops. Sea is rough at this time of year but the two pools are quiet and relaxing. If...
