"The couple who maintain are good people but its in remote area and even if u order food which nothing is there around it will take an hour to come if at all! tough to get Uber Tuk tuk from there to any place in city, there are dogs outside so u cannot walk, and the property says 1030pm curfew - no going out nor coming in till 630. Stayed somehow for 6 days !!!! All the best to all who wish to stay. Good for 1 day romantic couples who go and just lock doors and enjoy! "

"The hotel, is good overall. It is a place where you can relax, eat, get pampered and shop! The following two areas need attention to make it perfect. 1. The open event area just on the side of the reception got very loud on one of the nights That I was at the hotel. My room was on level 3 and i could not get any sleep due to the loud noise. I had to call the reception to get the noise down. 2. Checking in the afternoon of 17 July 2026 was slow probably because the guest who was in the line before me had a lot of questions, and the reception was serviced by a single staff member. Overall, it is a very good hotel with all the 5-star facilities and a shopping mall just next door. SJ, New Zealand"

"Breakfast is superb. Real varities of food. Balcony is ok. Needs cleaning because of pigeons. But, it is difficult. Floor rug is really old and dirty. Room service excellent. Reception is very good but I noticed that the plesant reception on arrival slowly vanishes for long term guests, I duppose familiarity. On the whole we had a very plesant stay. We will go back again."
